This was my first time in troy Missouri and definently will not be my last . Crystal was the best stylist I've met thus far very professional and over all a wonderful person. Thank you very much .

Erika has a stylist working for her that has zero professionalism. She was speaking obscenities and many hints were thrown her way by Erika to not speak like that in front of children and other clients. She handled the situation perfectly. As someone that manages many people, my opinion, that employee needs to be let go. I’ve never seen such a lack of professionalism in front of a full building of clients and children. Good job Erika! Keep up the good work. Always an amazing experience with her.

Don't normally write reviews but the stylist I had today deserves one. Not only did Erika do an exceptional job on my haircut and beard trim, the conversations were engaging and interesting. But what impressed me most was the way she handled herself with the young man before me in the wheelchair. Erika was so caring and professional with a smile on her face the whole time. She is pretty awesome!
